At Stonriva, we are committed to providing high-quality custom paper phone stands and excellent customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Products
As most of our products are custom-made according to your artwork, logo, size, printing, or packaging requirements, customized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, unless the products have manufacturing defects or quality issues.
2. Sample Orders
Sample orders may be returned only if the products are defective or damaged during shipping.
Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your sample if you discover any quality problems.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
To process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement products
- Partial or full refund
- Other reasonable solutions agreed upon by both parties
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized products without quality issues
- Products damaged due to improper use or storage
- Orders approved by the customer before production
- Clearance or promotional products (unless defective)
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible because customized products are manufactured specifically for your order.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or product defects.
